We're giving away our birth worker secrets! During this hands-on class, you will learn comfort measures and coping techniques used by our doulas when they attend births. We will also discuss the rebozo: its origin and history, cultural significance, and how it can be used in labor and birth to promote relaxation and pain management. We will provide rebozos for use in class.
This class is limited to 6 (1 partner/birth companion attends at no cost)
