Host: Birth Tribe Childbirth Educators (Vanessa, Ashley, or Melissa) and Licensed Massage Therapist, Julie Robbins What: Advanced Comfort Measures When: TBD Time: 1pm to 5pm Where: Birth Tribe by The Well 495 Blake St Unit D New Haven This is a unique class that you will not find anywhere else in our state. The first 90 minutes of class, will be instructed by Licensed Massage Therapist, Julie Robbins. She will give detailed instructions and education for massage techniques, followed by hands on work and coaching for each couple. The second half of class will feature doula tips and tricks for coping and comfort. This section will include extensive use of the rebozo. Rebozos will be provided for use during this class. This class is limited to 6 (1 partner / birth companion attends at no cost)
